This week the children have done some subtraction in maths. Subtracting 1 and 2 digit numbers from a two digit number.
In English, we have discussed the Stone Soup story, and we have been able to write some of the feelings the characters may be feeling in the story. We have also looked at the use of and in our sentences.
In our Science lesson, we looked at habitats and food chains.
The children will be designing their own habitat for an animal or creature, in the next upcoming weeks. They will be doing it in ART.
In EQ we used our zones of regulation lesson to describe how some things/ actions may affect us. How does something or someone make me feel when they do a certain thing?
We have also had a lovely time playing in the Ice and water.
